After you have installed water meters, and there are usually two of them - for hot and cold water, you must conclude an agreement with the supplying organization. Residents of Ukraine, as a rule, conclude a direct contract with the city water utility, and the citizens of the Russian Federation are supplied with cold water by DEZ, and the hot heat generating organization, such as the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgorteplo" in Moscow.
The Russians still have to make copies of the concluded agreements for the Single Information Settlement Center, the Ukrainians are just starting to receive receipts with meter readings.
