This device, thanks to a special small lever, allows you to open and close the drain hole of the sink. This valve performs the usual role of a bottom plug, but differs from the usual in greater practicality and hygiene.
The lever on the body allows you to quickly and easily drain water from the sink, without immersing your hands in dirty soapy water. This device was invented by the British, who, out of a desire to save water, took water from separate taps into the sink for washing. This tradition still exists today, and the homes of the British still have separate taps for cold and hot water.
Sink faucets, as well as kitchen faucets, can be equipped with a spout pulling out of the faucet. This type of faucet is very convenient for taking care of the sink and collecting water in a high or large container, which is more convenient to leave on the floor. Also, this model is often used as a portable flexible shower for a bidet. Some Finnish manufacturers, striving to keep up with the times, also offer such equipment, which is a mixer with a shower mounted next to the washbasin. Experts advise using this modification in small bathrooms, where it is not possible to separately install a bidet. In this case, a toilet located next to such a washbasin can be used as a bidet.
For the bathroom, the mixers, just like for the sink, can be installed on the wall and on the surface of the bath rim. The mixer on the bath can be installed only if it is made of acrylic and at the same time has high sides, then the holes are quite easy to drill and not deform the surface. Consumers tend to use this installation option more often, in which the mixer is attached to the wall.
