General information about the device.
Test single-phase gas-filled transformer TIOG-35 /70-50 is a control and testing unit designed for testing high-voltage industrial electrical equipment. This includes generators, transformers, disconnectors and other high voltage devices. During their testing, it is possible to determine the insulation capacity, dielectric loss tangent and frequency discharges.
Design features.
The test transformer is powered from an industrial network (380 V, ~ 50 Hz), and at the output we get 35 or 70 kV, depending on one of the operating modes. Rated power of the transformer is 50 kVA.
Depending on the selected operating mode, in addition to the voltage, the output current also changes. It can be 0.7 or 0.42 A. In the first case, the operating time of the transformer, in order to prevent premature wear and rapid failure, is limited to 15 minutes. But in operation at 0.42 A, no time limit is required.
The design of the transformer was originally made universal. This is evidenced by the wide range of operating conditions. So the possible ambient temperature varies from -10º to + 40ºC, and the atmospheric pressure is 630-800 mm Hg. Art. (84.0-106.7 kPa).
The use of TIOG 35 /70-50 is possible both individually and in complexes of other installations. In both versions, both stationary and mobile versions are possible. The design is reliable and does not require any significant maintenance.
