Springs are very important in mechanics, because it is thanks to their use that good shock absorption can be achieved in cars and other devices. They also reduce the effect of vibration, ensure the movement of moving elements, help mechanisms of varying complexity and purpose to contact each other, and also allow accumulating mechanical energy and transforming it for further use.
Types of spring mechanisms
It turns out that making springs is an extremely popular business. However, a fairly wide range of use of various springs forces us to focus on their types:
- Torsion springs are made of special wire. Such springs allow you to compensate for forces due to a strong or weak change in the level of the angle of the end hooks;
- Tensile springs are created from very strong alloys, since during their operation they have a very large load;
- Compression springs can be manufactured in two ways - hot and cold and often have different shapes;
- Poppet springs, also called poppet springs, are often used in couplings, clamps, valves and hangers;
- Instrument springs are found in instruments, hence their name. They differ in that they have a rectangular section.
Providing accurate production order data
In order to order any spring or a whole batch, it is necessary to provide the exact technical characteristics of the product, and even better if it is a sample. This will help avoid annoying mistakes and misunderstandings between different parties.
