Plant characteristics
This research and production company specializes in activities such as:
- production of high-precision parts in medium and small series;
- a full cycle of casting of billets using investment patterns on equipment of our own production;
- design and manufacture of machine tools and special equipment.
It provides services for milling and grinding metal, turning and heat treatment, welding, production of tools and equipment. It should also be noted specific areas associated with cutting grooves on rings, making spikes for pipes, fasteners made of difficult-to-machine materials.
The plant currently has over 130 customers. All provided services and work performed are certified according to the current state standards.
Plant structure
The company includes a number of departments:
- production areas (3 mechanical, welding, locksmith, assembly, model, blank, casting, heat treatment, painting);
- central factory laboratory;
- warehouses (materials and finished products);
- office staff.
