The expert is responsible for creation\description of standard operating procedures (SOP)

Analytical work includes the development of a scoring model for evaluating operations, identifying evaluation criteria, preparing a complete list of operations, and evaluating operations based on selected criteria.

Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs): self-development of paper and video SOPs according to established templates. Coordination and approval of the developed SOPS with specialists and the Director of Mining.

Participation in Kaizen teams in the analysis of operations performed in the current way as an expert in open-pit mining.

Training of the development of SOP for all stakeholders: Nordgold specialists and contractor personnel.

Quality control of the SOPs developed by Nordgold specialists and contractor personnel.
