Saudi Arabian steel manufacturer BAZ Steel has signed a memorandum of understanding with local pipe manufacturer SAAL Industrial Technology Co., a subsidiary of China's Baotou City Joyun Co., to support the localization of steel pipe production in Saudi Arabia.
Baz Steel said the agreement is in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to strengthen international partnerships and develop the Kingdom's industry. sector.

Under the agreement, BAZ Steel will act as the local industrial partner and operator, contributing its domestic market expertise and production capabilities. SAAL Industrial Technology, as a technology supplier, will share its experience in the field of steel pipe technology, especially seamless and spiral pipes. The partnership aims to localize the production of pipes used in critical sectors such as water and gas, which were previously supplied through imports.
