The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released preliminary results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty (AD) order on round-welded carbon steel pipe (CWP) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the period December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.
The Department of Commerce has tentatively determined that Conares Metal Supply limited (Conares) and THL Tube and Pipe Industries LLC; LLC "HK Construction scaffolding and formwork"; and Universal Tube and Pipe Industries FZE (collectively, Universal) sold the subject products at below normal prices during the period under review. The DOJ has tentatively determined a weighted average dumping margin of 3.15 percent for Conares and 6.16 percent for Universal.
The special review rate for companies not individually reviewed is 5.50 percent.
