Net countervailing subsidy rates, will likely prevail if orders prevail. were withdrawn, are 1.78 percent for ILJIN Steel Corporation of South Korea and 1.78 percent for all other South Korean exporters, and the rates are 48.38 percent for PJSC TMK/Joint Stock Company Volzhsky Pipe Plant of Russia and 48.38 percent for all other Russian exporters.
