S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the review of anti-dumping Duty (AD) orders on seamless standard, linear and pressure pipes made of carbon steel and alloy steel (seamless pipes) from the Czech Republic, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
The Commerce Department has determined that revoking the orders is likely to lead to continued or repeated dumping.
As a result, DOC continues to fulfill AD orders. The weighted average dumping margin is up to 51.70 percent for the Czech Republic, 4.48 percent for the Republic of Korea, 209.72 percent for the Russian Federation and 23.75 percent for Ukraine.
