Pakistan's scrap metal imports totaled 323,896 tons in June this year, up 24.2 percent from May and 64.9 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the Federal Bureau of Statistics of Pakistan (PFBS). The value of these imports in this month was $199.34 million, an increase of 46.9 percent month-on-month and 123.4 percent year-on-year.
