The United States will conduct full reviews of the PC market from 15 countries

S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has decided to conduct a full five-year (before expiration) review of anti-dumping duty Orders (AD) on prestressed reinforced concrete strands (PC) from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates, as well as a countervailing duty Order (CVD) on PC strands from Turkey.

The inspections will determine whether the revocation of the orders will result in continued or repeated material damage to U.

S. industry for a reasonably foreseeable time.

The ITC decided to conduct full inspections to improve administrative efficiency following its decision to conduct a full review of the order in relation to the United Arab Emirates.

A schedule of inspections will be set and a date will be announced later.
