The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has published the final results of the administrative review of the Countervailing Duty Ordinance (CVD) on certain OCTG pipe products from Turkey for the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
The Commission found that Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.
Ş. (Borusan) received compensatory subsidies during the period under review. The doctor determined that the net compensation subsidy rate is 0.80 percent.
The preliminary rate was 1.44 percent. In the final results, the rate was revised based on changes made to the calculation of the subsidy rate in response to comments received from stakeholders.
