China Baowu Steel Group and the Algerian State National Metallurgical Company (SNS) discussed cooperation in the development of an integrated complex for the production of low-carbon metallurgy in Algeria, the Algerian Ministry of Hydrocarbons said in a statement.

During the discussions, which were also attended by representatives of Baowu Resources, Baowu presented its technologies for direct recovery, industrial digital transformation and emission reduction, Baowu Energy and China Road and Bridge Corporation.
