The US believes that dumping on CTL steel plates from Ukraine is likely to happen again

The US Department of Commerce has announced the final results of the accelerated fifth five-year review of the agreement to suspend the anti-dumping investigation into individual cross-cut carbon steel sheets from Ukraine.

The Ministry concluded that the termination of the agreement and the termination of the suspended anti-dumping investigation is likely to lead to the continuation or resumption of dumping.

It was also found that the weighted average dumping margin, which is likely to be effective in the event of termination of the agreement and termination of the investigation, will be up to 237.91%.

The audit was conducted in an expedited manner after as from what-or the respondent's interested party did not receive a meaningful response. Essentially, Nucor Corporation, Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. and SSAB Enterprises LLC responded to the requests.
