At the beginning of the XXI century, it is difficult to do without computer technology. Its use in production is especially important, however, in everyday life it is also difficult to underestimate its importance.
Often it is required not only to cope with a particular task, but also to print an illustration for its solution. Therefore, along with computers, other types of office equipment are constantly used, including printers, which have long ceased to be the prerogative of rich people and large corporations. Now anyone can afford to buy them.
Based on the number of printing colors, printers are usually divided into two groups: monochrome and color. The former are designed for printing text with small images in black and white, they are great for use at home or in the office.
Also printers are divided into laser and inkjet. The cost of laser significantly exceeds the price of monochrome, which is explained by the high quality and speed of reproduction.
As an office equipment, it is more rational to use a laser printer, this is a high print speed and high-quality print, as well as the absence of high requirements for paper.
Printing is provided by the ink cartridges (toner) included in the device, which is applied to the paper.
There are two main types of laser printer components: original and compatible cartridges . The cost of original ones is always higher, since they are made directly by the manufacturer of the device, taking into account all standards, while compatible cartridges are produced by third-party companies. These cartridges have a simplified design, however, this does not affect the print quality and their service life.
An important aspect in saving money on office printing is refueling used cartridges. This procedure saves in some cases up to 70% of the cost of a new cartridge. But here, too, there are some pitfalls: it is impossible to know in advance how well the printer will be refueled in the chosen company, whether the device will be damaged later.
Recently, the practice of recycling has become more and more widespread, the meaning of which is the purchase of used cartridges by companies and their recovery. However, manufacturers often replace not all parts, but only worn ones. Too low cost clearly indicates incomplete replacement of components, therefore remanufactured cartridges are less reliable, and, moreover, refueling after recycling is impossible.
The decision is made only by the user: use compatible components, original or refilled. Well, buy cartridges
