Combined press shears (CPN)

Due to their functionality, reliability and simplicity of design, combined press shears (CPN) are in demand from a wide variety of enterprises. This pressing equipment is actively used in many industrial enterprises, including machine-building.
Combined shears can be used to work with all types of rolled metal and scrap metal. They make it possible to cut a metal workpiece into separate parts, doing it as economically and efficiently as possible.
An important advantage of the CPN is a wide range of models. So, some models work with sheets of small thickness (10-32 mm), others are used for processing rolled metal with a side of 32 - 65 mm. There are 3 main types of CIT:
• disc, lever (manual);
• container;
• hydraulic.
Hand-held models are great for working with sheets, fittings, corners. They are equipped with two knives that are attached to the bed. Scissors material - tool steel. Circular shears are considered to be more functional and efficient.
Container (horizontal) press-shears are equipped with a special chamber in which metalworking is carried out. This design prevents chips from flying around.
The most productive are hydraulic models. Here, the main task is performed by hydraulic cylinders, so the working force of this equipment is very high. Such loads often lead to problems, however, today you can easily find and buy hydraulic cylinders, eliminating this drawback and repairing the shear press.
