ProZorro is an online database for public procurement bidding. Currently, the ProZorro platform unites seven trading platforms where auctions of various property and services are held. Currently, you can connect to the Prozorro system only when using one of these sites. They differ little from each other in functionality, but they separate customers and entrepreneurs depending on their field of activity, which makes it more convenient to handle government orders.
Domestic procurement is divided into two categories - pre-threshold and above-threshold. Pre-threshold purchases include property worth up to UAH 200 thousand and services up to UAH 1.5 million. All operations at the sites are carried out according to Kiev time. It is very important to familiarize yourself with the rules of the site before bidding; for non-compliance with them, an organization or an individual may be blocked. In addition, to participate in the auction, private traders must pay for their application. For tenders worth up to UAH 20 thousand, the price per application will cost a symbolic UAH 17, but in tenders over 1 million, an application will cost a private owner UAH 1,700.
