The Chinese metallurgical plants need to urgently take measures, limit the smelting of raw steel and stabilize the falling prices for metal products in the second half of 2010. This opinion was expressed by Luo Bingsheng, vice president of the Chinese Association of Chugun and Steel (CISA).
According to Luo Bingshenga, the vice president of CISA, at the moment there are too many steel proposals in the domestic market of the Middle Kingdom, while the demand for it will fall.
We remind you that China in 7 months of this year produced 375 million tons of raw steel, and its consumption amounted to about 356 million tons during the same period.
