Lener will proceed to the duties of the head of Thyssenkrupp from the 1st Upper 2013, replacing Dr. Gerhard Kromme, who will leave the composition of the Nabsovet on March 31 of this year, replacing the voluntarily resigned of Dr. Gerhard in this post.
This year, Thyssenkrupp plans to attract more than one billion euros of investment by selling its shares on the exchange, to cover a huge amount of debts accumulated during the reign of the Doctor. This was told to the world by the 99-year-old patriarch of the management fund of the company Mr. Bertold Beitz, who also announced the withdrawal of Germany's steel business.
ThyssenkrupP is struggling to reduce his debt continuing to accumulate in the absence of an increase in demand for steel and metal rolling in Europe, as well as because of huge losses in his American projects.
