Large Chinese coal mining company China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd. announced that its coal sales totaled 51.1 million tons in April this year, up 0.2 percent year-on-year. During this period, China Shenhua Energy produced 40.6 million tons of coal, which is 2.9% less than in the previous year.
In January-April this year, China Shenhua Energy's coal sales amounted to 199.2 million tons, which is 1.3% more than in the previous year, while coal production amounted to 165.5 million tons, which is an increase 4.0% less than in the previous year.
