In January-May of this year, production and sales of commercial vehicles in China totaled 1,886 million units and 1,888 million units, an increase of 8.0% and 7.7% year-on-year, respectively, according to the Chinese Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
In May alone, China's commercial vehicle production and sales totaled 375,000 units and 376,000 units, up 11.8% and 12.5% year-on-year, while declining 0.8% and 5.1% month-on-month, respectively.
