The Japanese company Nippon Kinzoku Co., Ltd. accelerates global sales of ultra-thin strips of electrical steel GT series (oriented) and ST series (non-oriented) as part of its Fine Eco Metal product line.
These products are designed to improve the energy efficiency of motors and transformers while supporting the growing demand for environmentally friendly materials.
According to Nippon Kinzoku, the GT and ST series are ultra—thin strips of electrical steel designed to reduce iron losses and improve the efficiency of electrical equipment. The products are intended for use in motors, transformers, reactors and other electromagnetic devices, where reducing energy losses contributes to increased productivity and reduced energy consumption.
Thin products for high-performance applications
Nippon Kinzoku said that strips of electrical steel are available in thicknesses from 0.05mm to 0.20 mm, which allows manufacturers to develop more compact, lightweight and more efficient electrical products.
The company stated that the products combine high magnetic performance with precision thickness control to meet the demands of advanced industrial applications.
Focusing on the growing global demand
The company said it expects demand for high-performance electrical steel products to continue to grow, driven by the expansion of production of electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, industrial automation, and energy-efficient electrical equipment.
