The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the final results of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty (AD) order on certain cold-rolled flat products (CRC) from the Republic of Korea for the period September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024.
The Department of Commerce has determined that Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel) and POSCO; POSCO International Corporation (collectively, POSCO) did not sell the subject products at less than normal prices during the period in question. The DOC determined the weighted average dumping margin to be 0.00 percent for both companies.
According to the preliminary results, the weighted average dumping margin was also determined to be 0.00 percent as the DOC did not receive comments or make any changes to the preliminary results.
Special rate for the three companies not selected for the individual consideration, Ameri-Source Korea, Hanawell Co. Ltd and KG Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd. is 2.28 percent.
