A. sales of the goods in question at less than normal prices during the inspection period. The DOC has tentatively determined the company's weighted average dumping margin to be 0.00 percent.
The rate for all others is 6.15 percent.
The final results are expected to be published within 120 days of the publication of the preliminary results.
