According to the main sanitary doctor of the city of Mariupol Georgy Gusakov, this year, for the first time in the last few years, 500 employees of the Azovstal plant will be vaccinated against influenza. At the same time, after the owner’s change, the Ilyich plant decided to save on a vaccination company - only 200 employees will be vaccinated at the expense of the plant.
Only 10 years ago, the Azovstal plant instilled 10 thousand of its employees from the influenza virus, then this amount gradually decreased, and recently none of the employees have been instilled. “We repeatedly had a conversation with the leadership of the plant, explained how important this is, but they answered us that all employees receive ecological money, and already decide what to spend on a medicine, vaccine or a ticket to the sea,” Georgy Gusakov said.
