The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the amended final results of the administrative review of the Anti-Dumping Duty (AD) order on Carbon steel Round Welded Pipes (CWP) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the period from December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2021.
The Commission is making changes to the final results in accordance with the decision of the United States Court of International Trade (CIT). On August 19, 2026, CIT published its final judgment confirming the results of the re-examination of the DOC, which, in the opinion of the DOC, do not correspond to the original final results.
Based on the court's decision, the weighted average dumping margin for Universal Tube and Plastic Industries, Ltd.; THL Tube and Pipe, the share of Industries LLC and KHK Scaffolding and Opalwork LLC (collectively referred to as Universal) decreased from 2.63% to 3.64%. According to the initial final results, the weighted average dumping margin for Universal was 2.63 percent.
The amended final results were published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2026.
