Posco is negotiating investments in Ukraine

The head of the Chong Joon-Yang company on October 21 met in Kyiv with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov. Mr. Chkhun asked them to provide the full support of his company to launch new projects and joint ventures. As you know, projects will include the development of infrastructure, in particular port capacities, railways and transport highways. He also noted that Posco is ready to distribute high -quality steel production technologies in the Ukrainian steel industry. Back in September 2009, Posco signed an agreement with Metinvest Rinat Akhmetov to search for business capabilities in steel and mining industries.
