Shagang Group establishes Jinsha Heavy Industry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
On October 8, Jinsha Heavy Industry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chinese steel giant Shagang Group based in Jiangsu Province, was officially registered. The authorized capital of the new company is 70 million yuan, or 10.4 million dollars. This decision was the next step of the Shagang Group to expand its presence in the field of shipbuilding and marine engineering.
