In January-October 2010 in Ukraine, imports of metal production doubled.

Ukrainian companies within ten months of this year increased the import of metal rolling by 98.7% compared to APPG - up to 1.176 million tons.

In October 2010, the import of metal rolling increased by 121.6% compared to the same month of 2009, however, at the same time, imports in October 2010 decreased by 2.5% compared to September of the same year.

It is worth calling the main importers in October: pipeline industry enterprises (38.8%of the total import of imports), machine -building enterprises (22.1%), as well as metal trade companies (17.7%).
