It is known that compared with 2009, in 2010, Ukrainian mining and processing plants (GOKs) increased the production of manganese raw materials by 80.4% to 1.941 million tons.
It is worth noting that in the first two months of 2011, compared with the same period last year, GOKs increased the production of their products by 7.4%, to 249.9 thousand tons.
In particular, for January-February 2011, such mining and processing plants increased production:
Ordzhonikidze GOK of manganese concentrate - at 16.7, up to 78.6 thousand tons, manganese agglomerate - 4.7%, up to 58 thousand tons.
Manganese GOK of manganese concentrate - by 16%, up to 78.6 thousand tons.
