However, in general, production has grown. For 4 months of 2011, compared with the same period last year, the production of pipes rose by 49%, to 740.6 thousand tons.
The main manufacturer of these products was the Khartsyz Pipe Plant (KhTZ). In January-April of this year, the HTZ increased production, compared with the APG, from 71.4 thousand tons, to 210 thousand tons.
