The production of manganese products is reduced

It is worth noting that in 2010, compared with the previous year, Ukrainian mining and processing plants (GOKs) increased the production of manganese raw materials by 80.4%, to 1.941 million tons.

However, already in the first 4 months of this year, compared with the same period last year, Ukrainian GOKs reduced the production of manganese products by 4.7%, to 526.1 thousand tons.

It is known that the Marganetsky Mining and Processing Plant reduced the production of manganese concentrate by 17%, to 238.8 thousand tons, and the Ordzhonikidze Mining and Processing Plant reduced the production of these products by 27%, to 148.8 thousand tons, while manganese agglomore-increased by 17.8%, to 128.5 thousand tons.
