According to the Japanese Chugun Association and Japan Iron & Steel Federation (JISF), the production of raw steel in the country may exceed 110 million tons in the country.
In the period from April to November of this year, Japan's metallurgists melted 74 million 580 thousand tons of steel.
The revival of the steel industry is caused by growing internal demand from construction organizations, the JISF report, but in 2014 a significant increase in competition in the Asian market is expected due to overproduction of steel in China.
Steel production in Japan in 2013 will exceed 110 million tons
