Speaking at a meeting of the Council of Regions on Thursday, President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said that only thanks to the understanding and political will of the leadership of the Russian Federation, Ukraine managed to get a package of the most important agreements for the country. In addition, Yanukovych said that Russian money proceeds for Eurobonds will create conditions for the start of a new stage in the country's economic growth.
New agreements with the Russian Federation will allow you to steadily develop industry and increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods, create new jobs. “We went to these conditions for almost four years,” said Yanukovych.
Recall that during the last visit to Russia, about which the media became known about, Viktor Yanukovych, after almost four years of negotiations and attempts to reconsider the price of natural gas for Ukraine on December 17, agreed with his Russian colleague Vladimir Putin to reduce it from 2014 by almost a third - up to $ 268 per thousand cubic meters. m.
