The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made a decision on the use of temporary anti -dumping measures for a certain import of cold -rolled stainless steel.
The ministry said that the final decision was made this week after determining the details of introducing preliminary anti -dumping duties on a cold stainless steel, imported into Vietnam by manufacturers of China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan.
In relation to products made of cold -rolled stainless steel, which are classified in accordance with GV 7219.32.00; 7219.33.00; 7219.34.00; 7219.35 0.00; 7219.90.00; 7220.20.10; 7220.20.90; 7220.90.10; 7220.90.90 temporary anti -dumping duties will be used, as stated in the Ministry of the Ministry.
In particular, in relation to manufacturers from China, the established amount of anti -dumping taxes from 6.45 to 6.99 percent, from Indonesia - 12.03 percent, Malaysia - 14.38 percent, and Taiwan - from 13.23 to 30.73 percent. The ministry said that the current import duties for these products are charged in the amount of 0 to 10 percent.
The decision comes into force after 30 days from the date of signing. Preliminary anti -dumping duties are used within 120 days from the moment when the decision comes into force. The investigation of anti -dumping cases has been carried out since July 2013 at the initiative of two Vietnamese companies, including Posco VST Co Ltd and Inox Hoa Binh Joint, a joint -stock company that filed a lawsuit against products of cold stainless steel manufacturers, which is received in Vietnam from China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan.
