For Voestalpine, this acquisition is another step in expanding your portfolio in the welding technology segment. In particular, Voestalpine Böhler Welding Group GmbH, which is part of the Metal Engineering department of the Voestalpine Group, purchased products used for welding from the Indian manufacturer.
Maruti Weld Private limited, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons of high -quality electrodes and powder wire is one of the 10 best companies in the Indian welding technology market. A company specializing in the field of welding technology at the level of creation of art objects will provide Voestalpine with a unique regional production base.
