The head of the Hungarian Government of the Hungarian on Energy Layosh, Darcot, said on Thursday that negotiations on the transfer of ownership to ISD Dunaferr would be continued with the participation of the Russian State Bank of Vnesheconombank. He noted that, the owner of the plant, the Ukrainian company IDD refused to sell the metallurgical plant, but the owner "can make a different decision."
