The price of the American currency in the Ukrainian interbank market on Tuesday stabilized at the mark of 8.40 - 8.42 UAH. At the same time, the euro also has risen somewhat. At the closure of the market, prices for a European monetary unit reached the values of 11,3640-11,3885 UAH.
Analysts say that the dollar in the interbank is swaying under the influence of the political situation in Ukraine.
However, the National Bank of Ukraine reported that, despite the clashes of representatives of radical forces with law enforcement agencies, the banking system works stably.
Opposition deputies believe that a sharp collapse of the hryvnia course will lead to an even greater escalation of the political crisis.
