According to the expert assessment of the Association "Spetsstal", in December 2013, the Russian export of the main types of stainless steel products, compared with November, increased by 24 percent and amounted to 764 tons.
Exports of stainless steel flat products increased by 12.4 percent to 100 tons, long products - by 34.1 percent to 425 tons and seamless pipes - by 92.7 percent to 106 tons.
The export of wire remained at the same level - 6 tons, while the export of electric-welded pipes and primary billets decreased by 14.3 percent and 14.8 percent to 6 and 121 tons, respectively.
