It is known that in January-August this year, compared with the same period of the previous year (APPG), China increased the production of cast iron by 13.1%, to 591.2 million tons.
It is also worth noting that raw steel smelting for 8 months to the APG rose by 11%, to 469.3 million.
In August 2011, China reduced the production of steel by 0.9%compared to the last month, to 58.75 million tons
It is worth recalling that in 2010, compared to 2009, China increased the production of steel by 9.3%, to 626.650 million tons.
