Lakshmi Mittal loves Ukrainians more than Rinat Akhmetov

In 2013, the Ukrainian division of the largest metallurgical company in the world ArcelorMittal of the British businessman of Indian origin Lakshmi Mittal, PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, according to the Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine, turned out to be the most generous enterprise in terms of wages among the largest companies in the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine, including enterprises of ferrous metallurgy , pipe, coke and mining companies. This was reported by the press service of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.

“In 2013, in PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, the average salary was 6,044.9 UAH. taking into account payments under the Voluntary Dismissal Program (UAH 5 796.5 excluding payments under the Voluntary Dismissal Program - PDA). The size of the average monthly wage in 2013 exceeded the level of the average monthly wage in 2012 by 9.6 percent, ”the report says.

Last year, the average monthly salary of employees of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih exceeded the average monthly salary of employees of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine by more than UAH 1,600, as well as the average monthly salary in Ukraine by more than UAH 2,500. (according to the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine).

Meanwhile, it should be noted that at a similar enterprise in France, ArcelorMittal maintains an average monthly salary of 2,500-3,000 euros.
