The head of the IMF Christine Lagarde confirmed the words of her European counterpart, saying that so far there is no one to negotiate with in Ukraine. “Ukraine is a member of the IMF. If Ukraine asks for help, economic or financial, we are ready to provide it, ”said Ms. Lagarde.
Earlier it was reported that Russia could provide $ 2 billion after a new government is formed in Ukraine. Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Russia is ready to financially support Ukraine, but there must first be minimal order.
