All responsibility for this rests with Yanukovych and his immediate entourage, "- says the statement of the regionals, whose activities are prohibited by law.

According to the report, the Party of Regions faction condemns criminal orders that have resulted in casualties, devastation of the country's reserves, huge debts and threats to the country's national sovereignty.
