In January-April 2010, the Mariupol Metallurgical Plant named after Ilyich increased the production of the main types of metal products compared to the same period last year.
So, over 4 months, the production of cast iron increased by 51.6%, to 1.566 million tons, steel by 54.6%, to 1.876 million tons, and finished rental - by 53%, to 1.322 million tons. In April, MMK produced 419 thousand tons of cast iron, 506 thousand tons of steel and finished rental.
MMK also increased the production of agglomerate by 54.3%, to 3.650 million tons and pipes - 2.92 times, up to 27.5 thousand tons. In April, the enterprise produced 1.006 million tons of agglomerate and 6.2 thousand tons of pipes.
