The fourth agglomeration machine of the first agglomeration case of the Ilyich MMK agglomeration factory entered the design capacity with installed technological parameters.
The enterprise executed the overhaul of the unloading part of the agglomeration machine, the basalt muld of the battery cyclone, as well as the incendiary mountain, was replaced by a new one, with improved characteristics. The frame and the drive of the Aglomashina No. 5 were repaired.
“This is the fourth agglomash of the first agglorpus, transferred to an automatic control system on the basis of programmable logical controllers,” the Ilyich’s Commercial Rine Complex noted.
The technical improvements and the replacement of the machine equipment of the machine made it possible to ensure the design degree of cleaning of industrial agglomeration gases.
