MD groups bought Zaporizhmetal Holding

The official representative of OJSC Zaporozhstal - MD groups, absorbs the metal trader LLC Zaporizhmetal Holding LLC with the aim of enlargement and consolidation of the implementation of the metal distribution of Ukrainian and foreign manufacturers.

According to groups of groups, enlargement will occur due to the accession of warehouses in Kyiv and Lviv. As a result of the merger, the MD groups will own a network of twelve large marketing sites in all regions of Ukraine.

“To date, a new strategy for the work of the MD Group company has been approved, one of the main tasks of which is to strengthen its positions in the Ukrainian metal distribution market. Changes in the enterprise management system, logistics processes, and sales policies that are aimed at reducing current costs, and, as a result, increase the volume of products to the final consumer, said the General Director of the Group MD Sergey Bilichenko.
