At one of the enterprises of the Metinvest group, a new gas analytical installation was commissioned. The grenade complex was installed at the Azovstal metallurgical plant. The installation is designed to control the technological processes flowing in gas -outing circuits of converters.
The modern gas analytical complex makes it possible to analyze the content of chemical elements in converter gases. In real time, the information enters the server and processes, which allows you to control the entire technological process of converter melting. This makes it possible to accurately achieve the necessary parameters of thermodynamic processes and monitor industrial emissions.
The modern gas analytical installation will allow in the process of swimming to reduce the consumption of metal, cast iron and technological oxygen in subsequent technological processes.
In addition to high production efficiency, it is worth noting strict control of the gas outlets, which will ensure a decrease in the negative impact on the environment.
About 700 thousand dollars were invested in this project. The gas analytical complex of grenades will allow to receive a higher quality metal in the process of smelting and reduce its cost.
This makes it possible to increase the competitiveness of products.
