Dniprovsky Mammage of Dzerzhinsky set about remaking the camp 350 to the camp 400/200

PJSC "Dnipro Metallurgical Plant named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky ”planned to carry out a full reconstruction of his rolling camp 350 in the camp 400/200 until the middle of the next year. DMKD (Dnieper Metallurgical Plant named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky, the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk, the Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine) expects to master the production of new types of metal rolling, including reinforcement and droop dumplings.

The new DMKD production line will cost the owners of the plant - the Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation at least $ 100 million. The main task of the new construction is the diversification of existing sales markets and increase the competitiveness of products, the launch of the new camp will also increase the profitability of the entire enterprise as a whole.

The reconstruction of the camp involves commissioning in two stages. The first phase is marked by the launch of a wire production with a capacity of 600 thousand tons per year in March 2013, and the second stage provides for the construction of a new rolling line for the production of varietal metal rolling and profiles until the end of June 2013.

Today, all preparatory work has been completed and the design of the necessary documents is completed and the plant is moving directly to the reconstruction work. The first step will be started construction of the roof rolling mill and importing the necessary construction equipment.
