The modernization of the Dnieper Metallurgical Plant is planned for $ 240 million

The "Industrial Union of Donbass" is an integrated holding company, which includes the Dnieper Metallurgical Plant (DMK) named after Dzerzhinsky.

From 2012 to 2013, it is planned to be modernized and reconstructed by the plant (DMK) named after Dzerzhinsky. The enterprise will build a complex of blowing dust -out fuel and a project to desulfate cast iron will be introduced. The implementation of the project will ensure significantly reducing energy intensity and increasing the performance of blasting production.

Reconstruction is planned in a variety -rolling workshop. At the same time, for June 2013, it is planned to enter a new line for the production of various types of profiles.

In addition, environmental projects are also planned. There will be a construction complex of aspiration of the caudal parts of the agglomachine Aglochekh DMK named after Dzerzhinsky, which will reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere from 10 thousand tons to 3 thousand tons per year.

Investments for the implementation of the planned plans will amount to about $ 240 million, and the payback period will be about 5 years.
